The Africa Reconstruction Global Summit (ARGS) was conceived from WEC’s Africa Reconstruction program which is one of its initiatives for fulfilling the mandate. ARGS seeks to mobilise, rebrand and deploy different assets and players from the African continent, diaspora and rest of the globe into empowered communities for the socio-economic reconstruction & building of the Africa we want.
